This page demonstrates the Store Location plug-in.
The plug-in is called in a Page Load Dynamic Action. In the plug-in attributes you can indicate which Apex items should receive latitude and longitude. the values are rounded to 6 decimal places.

The plug-in function both for Apex 5.0 and 5.1.
